The Journey

This path unfolds over six months, through four phases that shape your leadership from the inside out

  • Texas | March, 2026
    We begin with a 3-day immersion in Texas.

    • First two days: You will be put through a challenging, rigorous modern day initiation experience

    • Final two days: We will break down the fundamentals of leading and guiding men and boys

    You leave Texas not just cracked open, but lit with purpose.

    This is where initiation becomes integration.

    • Two calls/month (1st & 3rd Sundays, 7–9pm MT)

    • Call 1: Teaching | Call 2: Guided Practice

    Month 1 – The Old Ways → How Boys and Men have matured across time and culture
    Month 2 – The Moment → Where Boys and Men are Today and What they need
    Month 3 – The Future → How we can influence the next generations, starting with ourselves.
